What we do
FinServCo provides an array of services covering specialist aspects of a small business or SMSF. Our Virtual CFO & Virtual Financial Controller services allow us to act as or bolster your accounting department.
Whether it be structuring and establishing the business or SMSF to designing, implementing or training staff on financial systems and controls or accounting processes, preparing the financial accounts under GAAP or establishing regular insightful management reporting all the way to representing the business in obtaining financing, quarterly debt reviews or during an external audit.
In addition to growing your business organically, FinServco can assist you in selling your business or acquiring an existing business. Services range from financial due diligence and post acquisition integration to technical accounting assistance and complex modeling and analysis.

FinServCo brings years of commercial and private practice experience to your business as and when you need it. Unlike traditional accounting practices we do not provide tax compliance services but rather focus on adding value to SME and SMSF's and unlike traditional consultancies who often don't have the operational hands-on experience, technical accounting or financial control skill set, we have extensive experience on the practical day to day issues that are going to affect your business.
Flexible engagements
Whether it be on a once-off basis where we visit you directly at your premisis and provide guidance and assistance as needed or we can provide a more recurring service where we can for example provide and present regular management reports and analysis for the business owners or banks.
Flexible fee structures
When you contact FinServCo we will firstly aim to get as much information as we can from you telephonically. If we can’t help you, we’ll tell you that. Initially, we’ll meet with you to assess if there is a need and a fit between our two companies, at no cost or obligation to you.
Clear goals. Before we start, both parties will know exactly what we are going to achieve, with specific milestones agreed to in advance.No long term contracts.
Following that we can then agree on how FinServCo can assist, agree on a fixed price or time based fee and the timing and content of delivery. If at any time either party is not satisfied with the progress we are making, they can end the commitment.

We provide services to small businesses or individuals looking to purchase a company and needing to understand the financial results or better present them when seeking financing. Additionally we can assist you obtain the best price available should you wish to sell your company.
